OWNER AND PRESIDENT

STEVEN BODNER

Steve, third-generation company president, is carrying on the SC Bodner family tradition. After graduating from Vanderbilt University’s Civil Engineering School in 1979, Steve dove into the commercial real estate business by developing retail centers and multifamily properties. After a calculated shift in the 1990s, SC Bodner now exclusively focuses on the development of best-of-class apartment communities across the Midwest, Southwest, and Southeast regions.

Jasmine Lamp

Assistant Controller

Jasmine Lamp serves as Assistant Controller at SC Bodner and is focused on financials, accounts payable, and various other corporate office tasks. Jasmine relocated to Indianapolis in June of 2021 from her home state of Ohio, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree from Marietta College and continued on to receive her master’s degree from Ohio University.
