Steven C. Bodner
President
Mr. Bodner graduated from the prestigious Vanderbilt University Civil Engineering School in May of 1979. For the past 30 years has been actively engaged in the development and management of apartment and retail properties throughout the Midwest. In the early 1990’s the focus became exclusively multi-family developments. Mr. Bodner oversees all facets of the development and management process including the acquisition of property, design requirements, zoning, layout generation, pricing, and the construction of the physical improvements and property performance.

Bernie Tuggle
Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining SC Bodner, Bernie spent 25 years in commercial banking with The Northern Trust Company, Fifth Third Bank and US Bank. During his banking career, he focused exclusively on Commercial Real Estate lending and loan workouts. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Chicago, Bernie has overall responsibility for the financial and operating aspects of the SC Bodner Company business.

Molly Bodner
Director of Human Resources/Corporate Specialist
Molly is the fourth generation Bodner to enter the real estate development business. Ms. Bodner is in charge of all Human Resource duties and also works diligently with the development, property management and strategic business planning teams. Her fresh perspective in these areas will lead to the ongoing success and future continuity of SC Bodner Company, Inc. Ms. Bodner graduated with honors from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Philosophy.

Ryan Watson, CPA
Controller
Mr. Watson brings over 8 years experience at one of the largest accounting firms in Indianapolis. As a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Watson is responsible for overseeing all avenues of accounting for The SC Bodner Company and all of its entities. Ryan supervises all operations related to accounting and financing for all developments. He is responsible for internal budgeting, supervising highly-skilled accounting personnel, financial reporting, and assisting the principal in strategic financial planning and decision making. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.

Jesse Vasquez
Construction Accountant
Mr. Vasquez has over 7 years experience in private and public accounting. He is a former Controller and is currently pursuing the CPA license. Mr. Vasquez is responsible for managing the construction accounting “draw” process and assisting with month-end closings. He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society.

Megan Plummer
Accounting Assistant
As an accountant for SC Bodner Company, Mrs. Plummer’s duties include processing payments for 9 properties, Lucy Supply as well as APT Mechanical. She also completes payroll for the entire portfolio and assists in other accounting departments as needed. Megan graduated with honors from IUPUI with a degree in social work and holds experience as a caseworker at Marion County Division of Family Resources. Megan’s fresh perspective in her new career has proven her to be successful in her role with the Company.

Steve Flick
Director of Construction
Mr. Flick has brought 20 years of multi-family construction expertise to MBA Construction. Growing up under the supervision of his father, a long-time general superintendent, he has benefited from being raised in the multifamily construction environment. Mr. Flick has been a key team member of our company for over 9 years and manages all aspects of construction, development and project management on the entire SC Bodner Portfolio. Prior to joining MBA Construction, Steve was a superintendent for a multi-family developer in Indiana developing properties in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.

Michelle Pendley, CAM
Regional Manager
MichellePendley is the Regional Manager for SC Bodner Company and is in charge of overseeing the sites on day to day activities as well as assist with the management of the property management divison within the company. MsPendley graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a B.S. in Business Management. After working several months in a management capacity, Michelle discovered her love for sales and property management. Before joining the SC Bodner team Michelle worked several years as an onsite property manager for a local Indianapolis property management company obtaining several sales awards and company recognitions for outstanding achievements. Michelle is a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association.

Sabrina Modesitt
Regional Manager
As the Regional Manager for SC Bodner Company, Ms. Modesitt is responsible for assisting with the supervision and day to day operations of a diverse portfolio located in multiple states. Ms. Modesitt has 9 years of property management experience, including Conventional, Tax Credit, Commercial Acquisition and Redevelopment. Ms. Modesitt has been recognized for her achievements in sales and training within the Property Management industry. Her formal education includes IUPUI, located in Indianapolis.

Tiffany Adler
Administrative Assistant
Tiffany graduated from International Business College with honors with an Associates Degree in Office Administration. She has twleve years of experience working in office administration as an insurance underwriter, new business coordinator and administrative assistant. At SC Bodner, Tiffany's role encompasses assiting the entire corporate team with multiple daily tasks as well as compiling materials from on site for the regional property managers.
